Job Overview:

CMB International Capital Corporation Limited is a leading financial services company seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external service providers to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and maintain existing relationships
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding new clients
  • Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-6 years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the financial services or banking industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
  • Strong understanding of private equity funds and alternative investment products
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with Cantonese being an added asset
