Job Description

As a Key Account Development Specialist with Talent Pro Recruitment Company Limited, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients. This position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote wealth management products to these high-value clients, providing personalized solutions tailored to their financial goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Wealth Coaches and Investment Counselors, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product offerings to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Mandarin, with excellent language skills for effective communication with clients.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking branch sales, with a proven track record of success in developing key client relationships.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as HKSI and IIQE, to demonstrate expertise in the field.
