Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our residential properties, including coordinating maintenance services, handling resident inquiries, and developing effective solutions to resolve resident complaints and concerns.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with our technical team to provide efficient maintenance services for our residential properties.
  • Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize community activities, attend Owners' Committee meetings, and other events to build and maintain positive relationships with owners.

Requirements

  • A degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management; or Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in managing high-end residential buildings is an advantage.
