- We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our facilities, plan and execute preventive maintenance, and collaborate with vendors to ensure a high-standard office environment.
- This role involves supporting multiple projects, including events, office renovations, and supplier sourcing. Additionally, the selected candidate will develop and implement efficient work procedures and update policy manuals as needed.
- As part of this team, you will oversee the entire procurement process, monitor stock levels, and order essential supplies, including stationery, food items, and beverages.
- You will be responsible for managing corporate printing operations and maintaining sufficient stock levels.
- This role also requires assisting with corporate travel matters, generating reports, and handling internal seating arrangements and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
To excel in this position, you should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and time management abilities.
- Friendly and effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent Cantonese and English language skills.
