Job Title: Insurance Manager

Trinity Search Limited is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our group insurance program, driving excellence in insurance operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a group insurance strategy to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and execute insurance policies, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective insurance management.
  • Lead the development of risk management capabilities across the organization.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with at least 10 years of experience in insurance and risk management.
  • Proven track record in property and casualty insurances, marine hull, and protection & indemnity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex insurance policies and regulations.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
