Job Title: Cloud Software Support Specialist

Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, providing innovative solutions to safeguard data, applications, and systems across any environment. We are seeking a skilled Cloud Software Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating a #CyberFit future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to MSPs, partners, and customers of Acronis, resolving technical incidents related to the Acronis Cyber Platform.
  • Work closely with colleagues to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve support services.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and interaction quality.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English (oral and written) required.
  • Fluent in Cantonese.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hosting tech support or managed service provider business.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and ability to prioritize and switch between multiple tasks.
  • Hands-on experience administering Windows Server, gathering and analyzing Windows logs and dumps.
  • Knowledge of Linux/UNIX basics, CLI, and awareness of modern virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi/Microsoft Hyper-V clusters).
  • Experience with business applications (MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, NTP servers).
