**Case Management Role for High Net Worth Clients**
We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at Chubb Life, responsible for managing the case lifecycle of High Net Worth (HNW) clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient processing of HNW submissions, from initial assessment to policy issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
- **HNW Case Processing**: Responsible for the smooth and prompt processing of all HNW submissions assessed by the New Business Department.
- **Document Verification**: Checking of submitted documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- **Case Review and Communication**: Review pending cases and serve as the first contact between sales platforms and underwriters, communicating and explaining underwriting requirements and decisions to Partnership Distribution/Brokers.
- **Case Follow-up**: Closely follow through pre-underwrite and pending cases for business partners, handling phone and written enquiries on new business and post-sales services.
- **Collaboration and Liaison**: Liaise with Agency and Partnership operations, Underwriters, Cashiers, Life Operations in terms of underwriting and policy issuance matters.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Responsible to verify the request against system and ensure all cases have gone through compliance screening (if required) before issuance of policy.
- **System Issues and Exceptional Handling**: Resolve system issues/exceptional handling and requests received from Distribution channels/IT/Product/Actuarial.
- **Policy Contract Issues**: Assist in resolving policy contract issues on a timely basis.
- **Process Improvement**: Regularly review the process workflow and make recommendations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- **Professional Qualifications and Experience**: Possess solid product knowledge (Universal Life, Whole of Life, and ILAS), five or more years of experience in case management, and professional qualifications in life insurance such as FLMI and IIQE qualification (paper 1 & 3).
- **Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with proven ability to navigate among Operations, Investment, Product, Policies, and finding wealth structuring solutions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office suites like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- **Customer-Focused Mindset**: Customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and exhibit a strong commitment to the job.
