Key Responsibilities:- Document Verification: Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Case Review: Review pending cases and serve as the first point of contact between sales platforms and underwriters, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Client Communication: Communicate and explain underwriting requirements and decisions to partnership distribution/brokers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Case Management: Closely follow through pre-underwrite and pending cases for business partners, ensuring timely resolution and issue escalation.
- Enquiry Handling: Handle phone and written enquiries from business partners on new business and post-sales services, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Collaboration: Liaise with agency and partnership operations, underwriters, cashiers, life operations, and other stakeholders to resolve underwriting and policy issuance matters.
- Compliance: Verify requests against system and ensure all cases have undergone compliance screening (if required) before policy issuance.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve system issues and exceptional handling requests received from distribution channels, IT, product, and actuarial teams.
- Policy Contract Issues: Assist in resolving policy contract issues in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Support the development and maintenance of Case Management-related Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring team efficiency and productivity.
- Process Review: Regularly review process workflows and make recommendations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Qualifications and Experience: Professional qualifications in life insurance, such as FLMI and IIQE, are an added advantage. Five or more years of experience in case management, solid product knowledge, and understanding of high net worth client needs and risks are essential.
