Our client is a reputable financial institution with a strong presence in Asia, serving high-net-worth individuals and families with their wealth management needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily trust administration and ongoing operations, including the vesting of shares, injection/distribution of assets, incorporation of holding companies, and bank account openings.
  • Act as the key gatekeeper in reviewing trust and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and conduct regular reviews to address their trust needs.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including lawyers, bankers, and accountants, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare a full set of trust-related documents, including trust deeds, letters of wishes, trustee resolutions, and other statutory documents.
  • Resolve daily inquiries from affluent professional investors and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee life insurance case management for ultra-high-net-worth private clients in Greater China markets.
  • Act as a bridge between insurance companies, private bankers, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Support bankers and clients with medical bookings and document preparation for new and annual renewal applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist relationship bankers in providing high-quality services to high-net-worth individual clients in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong markets.
  • Collaborate with external counterparties for account opening, pricing quotations, bank, and fund operations.
  • Participate in regional and local projects as needed.
  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC), name screening, and account documentation support.
  • Perform basic due diligence checks under respective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
  • Trigger events and post-transactional reviews.
  • Oversee KYC and client onboarding functions.
  • Report to the Regional Head of KYC.
  • Assume team lead functions to oversee KYC and client onboarding for low to high-risk cases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements through Conduct Due Diligence (CDD) reviews.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in law, accounting, or business-related disciplines.
  • Relevant 4 years of working experience in private wealth management or trust companies.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work under pressure with high efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
