Strategic Partnership Executive

Avo Insurance is a pioneering digital insurer aiming to reshape the industry's future. As a (Senior) Growth Associate, you'll be part of our ambitious team, driving innovation and growth.
You'll collaborate with our Product, Underwriting, and IT Teams to design and implement cutting-edge insurance solutions that cater to emerging client needs.
Key Accountabilities:- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and KPI improvement
- Partner with business development teams to develop customized insurance solutions and prepare compelling proposals
- Engage in market research and product analysis to inform strategic business decisions
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, with reinsurance or health business experience preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail, with robust project management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with additional languages an asset
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Growth Associate roles
