We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to take charge of daily campaign management activities. This role encompasses comprehensive media planning and execution.

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Supervisor.

Key Highlights of the Role: At L'Atelier, we embody Original Thinking. Our legacy includes being the first global media agency and pioneering our launch in Asia, distinguishing us from traditional markets. You will engage with one of the most dynamic sectors in the industry. This role integrates both online and offline strategies, including social media. Success Metrics – In Three Months: Gain familiarity with essential media and financial systems, along with team workflows. Provide support to the team while enhancing your understanding of the media landscape. Begin to establish relationships with key stakeholders within client and agency frameworks. In Six Months: Develop an understanding of the Original Thinking Framework and its application in team processes. Acquire practical experience with Mindshare media tools. Master client reporting and media tracking. In Twelve Months: Demonstrate confidence and accuracy in updating media schedules. Understand the construction of a media campaign. Become the primary contact for clients regarding daily operations, capable of proposing solutions to identified challenges. Role Responsibilities: Execute digital planning independently, collaborating with media vendors and clients. Manage SEM and paid social advertising, with proficiency in AdWords and Facebook's advertising tools. Oversee trafficking on DoubleClick. Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting, executing tasks independently. Conduct data analysis for e-commerce clients. Collaborate with the social content team to develop engaging social media content. Monitor the achievement of planned objectives. Ensure timely delivery of all agreed reports to clients. Required Qualifications: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and excel. A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media planning; 3 years is preferred for senior associate consideration. Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented with a solid technical understanding. Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks. Confident and proactive in facing challenges.
