Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our China Social Media team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of social media strategies, as well as managing day-to-day client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies across public relations, direct marketing, advertising, and shopper marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and consumer behavior using various social media listening tools.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns, including content creation, community management, influencer identification, and offline activation.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using social media analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in China.
  • Strong understanding of China's digital marketing landscape, including social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Cantonese and traditional Chinese.
  • Experience with image and video production and editing.
  • Management or business development experience.
