Job Summary

The Account Manager - Social Media will be responsible for managing social media communication projects for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing and the ability to work closely with different teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies for clients
  • Manage social media projects from start to finish, including brainstorming, proposal development, and project execution
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative social media campaigns
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Conduct social media listening and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their social media marketing needs are met

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
