Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of social media strategies that drive business results and engage with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform our strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute social media campaigns, including content creation, community management, and influencer outreach.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns using data analytics tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their social media needs are met.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in China.
  • Strong understanding of China's digital marketing landscape, including social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with image and video production and editing.
  • Management or business development experience.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and traditional Chinese.
