Key Responsibilities
Support relationship managers in overseeing clients' assets and investment portfolios by tracking asset distribution, product variety, and risk levels Aid in fostering and sustaining client relationships through service calls and addressing client inquiries Manage the daily operations of client accounts, including investments, loans, deposits, and other banking activitiesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications Successful completion of the HKSI and IIQE licensing exams At least 3 years of experience in banking with knowledge of investment and insurance products; experience with high net-worth clients is a plus Strong communication skills, adaptability to change, and ability to tackle challenges Resilience in challenging situations Excellent sales and service orientation, with robust communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in application software Fluency in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua and other dialects is advantageous High level of customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service qualityStay updated with our latest career opportunities at HSBC.
