About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Client Service Team as Client Service Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for navigating clients through our organization, connecting them with the appropriate subject matter experts to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary client contact point for State Street's services, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client inquiries.
  • Deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients, consistently meeting their evolving needs and expectations.
  • Manage client relationships, responding to escalated issues, and communicating resolutions to clients in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and arrange regular review meetings with clients, coordinating and executing client project or change request preparations and analysis.
  • Coordinate senior-level executive visits to clients for relationship building and business development.
  • Keep senior management informed of new developments, service issues, and new business opportunities from clients.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve client issues and deliver high-quality services.
  • Drive relevant project work to improve client service and experience.
  • Effectively communicate key messages to ensure relevant parties are informed of client activities.
  • Assist with compliance and fiduciary reviews, controls, and audits as required.
Requirements
  • University Graduate
  • 5-8 years of asset servicing experience in custody, fund accounting, or fund administration environment with significant exposure to client services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, managers, and peers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively and autonomously.
  • Effective stakeholder management experience and strong English and Chinese language fluency.
  • Previous financial services experience and market knowledge are essential.
