Private Banking and Trust Services - Private Banking Department

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our department as Assistant Client Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist relationship managers in managing customers' assets and investment portfolios by monitoring asset allocation, product mix, and risk exposure.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by making servicing calls and handling customer enquiries.
  • Handle daily administration of customer accounts, including investment, loans, deposits, and other banking transactions.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
  • Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in banking with knowledge of investment and insurance products; experience in dealing with high net-worth customers an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change, and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to be resilient in the face of difficult situations.
  • Good sales and service mindset, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of application software.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage.
  • High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
