Job Title: Marketing Manager/Client Service Manager

Join One Paramount Recruitment Limited as a Marketing Manager/Client Service Manager and take on a challenging role in our Asset Management firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies, as well as providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our asset management services, including the creation of marketing materials such as leaflets, brochures, and fund factsheets.
  • Coordinate and respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information on AUM data, fund information, and performance data.
  • Update fund databases at public channels, including Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Fundinfo, with portfolio holdings, benchmark, and other relevant information.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials, such as bespoke meeting presentation packs and portfolio client reports.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
  • University graduates in Business or related disciplines.
  • Around 6 to 8 years' relevant working experience gained in asset management.
  • Previous work experience in asset management industry.
  • Prior working experience in RFP is preferred.
  • A good team player with strong multi-tasking skills and attention to details.
  • Adaptive to a fast-pace dynamic working environment.
  • Skilled in Bloomberg and Morningstar application would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Illustrator a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
