Job Description

Olympus APAC seeks a highly skilled and organized Logistic Executive Assistant to join our team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for logistics, warehouse management, procurement, and loaner activities across the medical division.
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming goods, identifying discrepancies, and accurately storing items to optimize warehouse space.
  • Dispatch outgoing goods and repair parts, maintaining up-to-date stock records through data entry.
  • Support the maintenance of the loaner and barcode system, managing inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure accurate stock management and verification, adhering to 5S standards for a clean and organized environment.
  • Under direct supervision, follow established procedures for receiving, handling, storing, recording, and dispatching goods and repair parts within the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Operations, with SAP and Salesforce experience highly preferred.
  • Strong quality-first mindset with ability to strengthen product knowledge, including awareness of product safety and company medical systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal customers.
  • Effective time management skills to ensure materials are available as needed.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
