Kerry Logistics | Engineer II

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and automated processes to maintain Corporate Email system (not limited to Office 365) at optimal performance.
- Maintain and monitor Email infrastructure availability.
- Maintain documentation for operation and administration.
- Manage and configure SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online to fit company needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise as input into the service continuity and disaster recovery solutions development, implementation and testing for the Office 365 Support.
- Deliver subject matter expertise of Office 365, Azure AD with emphasis on security, architectural design, migration, management and support of implementations.
- Stay current on Office 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions.
- Provide deployment support and fixes of O365/M365 integration & configuration.
- Support Directory synchronization, SMTP gateway and relay of messaging environments.
- Troubleshoot O365/M365 configuration & services and Active Directory/ADFS issues, working in collaboration with other relevant IT Admin and vendor support towards a quick and effective resolution.
- Work with vendors for project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Working experience in Office 365 administration.
- Familiar with scripting, such as Powershell.
- Microsoft certifications a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Previous experience in migration projects from on-premise system to Office 365.
- Practical experience managing and supporting M365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive (Microsoft Exchange operations is not required) is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage varied workloads against agreed deadlines.
- Understanding of ITIL Framework and Change processes.
- Good command of oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, Mandarin.
