Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Olympus APAC. This role will be responsible for providing a full spectrum of logistics, warehouse, procurement, and loaner management activities in the medical division.

• Assist in all aspects of logistics and delivery operations, including receiving incoming goods and repair parts, checking for damage and discrepancies between received items and invoices, accurately sorting, labeling, and storing goods and repair parts to optimize warehouse space, dispatching outgoing goods and repair parts, and entering data into the designated database/systems to maintain up-to-date stock records.
• Support the maintenance of the loaner and barcode system, managing all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle stock management and verification, ensuring data accuracy.
• Support daily warehouse operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Under direct supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines for receiving, handling, storing, recording, and dispatching goods and repair parts within the warehouse.
• Perform any ad hoc duties or assignments as required.

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Operations, with SAP and Salesforce experience highly preferred.
• Able to demonstrate a strong quality-first mindset with the ability to strengthen product knowledge with awareness of product safety, including the application of the company's medical systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with internal customers.
• Effective time management skills to ensure materials are available as needed.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
