Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and coordinate communication strategies that work across different channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role or within integrated marketing communications organizations.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in paid social on global and Chinese social media is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong networking aptitude.
  • Familiarity with global influencers and media relationships; experience working with global influencers in fashion, sustainability, or tech is a plus.
  • Understanding of macro topics, such as global economy, environment protection and international relations, would be a big plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
  • Fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese would be a bonus
