We are seeking a Fashion Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, fostering effective communication between teams, and developing marketing strategies that achieve our objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the woven ladies market. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and exploring new business opportunities in the overseas market.
  • Conducting planning, execution, and communication of a development strategy that meets and exceeds financial goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving effective communication between fabric, development, and production teams.
  • Sourcing materials, development, and procurement while focusing on sustainability.
  • Formulating marketing and sales strategies, implementing action plans to achieve business KPI objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a tertiary education in Textiles and Clothing, Design, or related disciplines. They must have rich customer resources, the ability to develop new customers and markets, and at least 10 years of solid experience in handling ladies' fashion and apparel, mainly in woven areas. Proactive, energetic, global vision, judgmental marketing insight, and occasional travel are also essential.
