Job Role
This role supports the delivery of outstanding educational services by handling student enquiries, managing records, and providing administrative assistance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage student inquiries and concerns related to course options, enrolment, and other matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and files.
- Process student payments and handle related administrative tasks.
- Offer tailored support to students and their families as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to daily administrative duties to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of Form 6 or above qualification with relevant work experience in a customer-facing or administrative context.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work a standard 5-day week including weekends as required.
