- Education: University graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
