**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team at Williams Lea Hong Kong Limited. As an Office Services Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate electronic or computerized scanning equipment to convert hardcopy documents to electronic versions
  • Collect and process incoming documents from clients
  • Input customer details into our tracking system
  • Verify and sort documents according to our established checklist
  • Enter customer and transaction information into our system
  • Deliver original documents to clients and manage customer inquiries
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers for office equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor office cleanliness and ensure the office premises are well-maintained
  • Coordinate internal office events and meetings
  • Provide backup receptionist support as needed
  • Print and bind documents according to client requirements and company standards

**Requirements:**

  • Form 5 / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or above
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a large corporation or sizable business
  • Proficient in English language skills, including reading, writing, and communication
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. WORD, EXCEL, PDF, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability
