The Role

As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing incoming calls, sorting daily correspondence, and coordinating deliveries
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, along with documenting meeting outcomes
  • Overseeing office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Supporting management with document preparation and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating company events and facilitating employee training sessions
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and onboarding
  • Performing additional tasks as required

The Candidate

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure
  • Preferred candidates will have prior experience as an administrative assistant
  • A college degree or higher is required
