About the Position
As the Regional Business Development Lead, you will play a key role in driving our regional sales strategy and building relationships with key account executives. You will work closely with our Solution Consulting team to understand client needs and recommend AI solutions that meet their business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop new customers directly with the support of our Solution Consulting team
* Build and maintain relationships with key account executives
* Understand client needs and recommend AI solutions to enhance customer experience
* Deliver presentations, demos, proposals, and other sales activities
* Collaborate with SIs and partners to align solutions with client requirements
* Stay updated on competitive products and solutions
* Maintain timely account updates in our CRM system
Requirements
* 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 3+ years selling to large enterprises
* Proven success in closing multi-year, large enterprise deals
* Strong connections with senior executives in Financial Services
* Experience in selling Fintech or customer service solutions (preferred)
* Consistent achievement of sales targets
* Strong presentation and English writing skills
* Self-motivated, energetic, and organized
