Job Overview

Boeing Global Services Digital Solution and Analytics is in search of a seasoned Solution Consultant (Crew Management System). This role entails leveraging strategic insights to comprehend the needs of our esteemed clients and converting these into effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical consulting and support during pre-sales activities.
  • Direct and organize solution consulting initiatives, collaborating with clients to enhance Jeppesen's crew and network operation management offerings.
  • Evaluate customer workflows to propose beneficial enhancements.
  • Oversee the successful execution of significant programs and may take on a leadership role in projects.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for contracts and projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within the airline or aviation sector.
  • Practical experience with airline network management or crew management systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field, along with 5 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with logical reasoning, rule-based programming, and Python is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of commercial airline network management, engineering processes, or crew planning is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft routing, operations control, crew pairing, and rostering is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills for proposal development and presentations.
  • Ability to identify customer challenges and opportunities, proposing solutions that yield significant business value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective listening capabilities.
  • Frequent travel is a significant aspect of this role.

Additional Information:

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in the local area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Compensation and benefits are aligned with local labor market standards. This is not an expatriate assignment.
