**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee daily crew operations to ensure on-time performance and maintain high standards of service
* Collaborate with FOP, IFS, and rostering teams to optimize crew scheduling and rostering
* Analyze and prepare up-to-date records on crew status and roster for management
* Provide coaching and training to new joiners on Crew Control procedures and responsibilities
* Support the team on daily operations and provide crew manpower status and utilization plans

**Requirements:**

* Secondary education
* At least 1 year's experience in crew reassignment or rostering
* Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to work shift duties with early starts and/or late finishes
