Requirements:

  • 5+ years administrative/secretarial experience in corporate settings
  • Fluent in written English & Chinese; native Cantonese proficiency (preferred)
  • Proficient in official documentation standards and corporate etiquette
  • Skilled in MS Office and financial management systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
