The Job:

We are seeking a Japanese speaking Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients in the PCB industry, generating leads through networking, cold calling and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Sales Manager
  • Work closely with the marketing, engineering and support teams to ensure alignment on products and customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with clients and resellers to close deals
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, price lists, quotations and contracts for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates in Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree
  • Fluent spoken Japanese (N1) and Putonghua
  • Excellent writing skills in Japanese, Chinese and English
  • Independent and self-starter with good communication skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products
