The company owns the brand, manufactures and markets pump and valve products for the building services market.

Key customers include government departments, public utilities, airports, and other major organizations.

We have a sales office in Hong Kong serving the Hong Kong and Macau market.

Job Description:

As a Project Sales Engineer, you will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for key customer relationship management and project management.

Your primary goal will be to support the Sales Director in implementing the long-term strategy by focusing on key customer relationships and project management.

You will work closely with technical support engineers and factories for quotation, tender, proposal, and goods delivery.

Maintaining good relationships with customers, especially defined key customers/key projects, is crucial.

You will visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and needs, build long-term strategic relationships, and support the company in meeting HK & Macau business strategy.

Handling customer complaints and providing solutions (customer satisfaction) is also an essential aspect of this role.

Additionally, you may need to coordinate with agents/distributors for business achievement if required.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related subject, as well as 10+ years of experience in sales & marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical products/building service products or equivalent.

Knowledge in pump and valve business is a significant advantage.

Experience in industrial product-related engineering, such as mechanical engineering, building services, hydraulic engineering, etc., is highly preferred.

Proficient in English & Cantonese is essential.

Business trips to Shanghai & overseas may be required for attending in-house training or meetings.
