Job Description

As a Luxury Fragrance Retail Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing our luxurious fragrances and ensuring that they depart the store satisfied with their purchases. Your role will involve:

  • Product Sales:

• Answering customer inquiries and providing expert advice on our fragrances

• Making product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

• Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments

  • Store Operations:

• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas

• Restocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed

• Participating in visual merchandising and store displays

• Inventory Management:

• Counting and reconciling inventory on a regular basis

• Reporting any discrepancies or issues to management

• Assisting with stockroom organization and maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous Retail Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the fragrance or cosmetics industry

  • Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic knowledge of fragrances and perfume

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong product knowledge and ability to make recommendations based on customer preferences

  • Language Proficiency:

• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English language skills, both written and spoken
