Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D / M.Phil) in a relevant field (Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering, etc.);
  • Substantial experience in biotechnology research and development;
  • Hands-on experience with experimental techniques (biosensors, protein analysis, PCR, etc.);
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Chinese).
