Global Business Partnership Executive

At OSL, we're seeking a highly skilled and resourceful professional to support the establishment and growth of our over-the-counter (OTC) business and markets. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of the OTC landscape, client needs, and country-specific regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the end-to-end setup of the OTC desk, including onboarding clients, managing product integrations, and ensuring operational readiness.
- Developing market entry strategies by analyzing country-specific regulations and identifying key opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborating with banking partners to set up accounts that support OTC operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting the expansion of our global presence and product offerings through partnerships and licensing applications.
- Partnering with legal and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Driving processes and managing project timelines and deliverables for seamless execution.
