Essential Skills:
  • At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft CRM products, with a focus on both functional and technical aspects.
  • Proficient in handling Service Requests with Oracle.
  • Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM functions.
  • Previous experience with Oracle HRMS is highly beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with Cantonese being a valuable asset.
