Job Overview
As a Global Operations Standards Specialist at Mass Transit Railway, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's operational standards. Your primary responsibility will be to work with a team of experts to draft, edit, and revise these standards, ensuring they are aligned with the latest best practices. This involves collaborating with professionals from various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Operations Standards expert panel to develop and maintain operational standards.
- Work closely with operations teams in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Overseas to ensure effective implementation of these standards.
- Organize peer reviews to assess the effectiveness of operational standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills related to operational standards.

Key Requirements
- A degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Science is required.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in total quality management or engineering management, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
- Possession of membership in a recognized professional institution or registered status in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Good writing skills and knowledge of railway operations and business improvement techniques/tools are essential.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
