Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Global Operations Standards team. As an expert in standards and processes, you will be responsible for drafting, editing, and revising our Global Operations Standards, as well as the Book of Knowledge and Code of Practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with global operations experts to develop and maintain high-quality standards that drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure effective processes are in place for continuous improvement, revision, and updates of Global Operations Standards.
  • Coordinate peer reviews to assess the implementation of Global Operations Standards across different regions.
  • Develop and manage training programs to enhance knowledge sharing and certification.
  • Design and implement systems to capture, consolidate, retain, share, and update knowledge and best practices related to Global Operations Standards.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Science.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in total quality management or engineering management, with 2 years at a supervisory level.
  • Possession of membership in a recognized professional institution or registered status of a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent writing skills and knowledge of railway operations and business improvement techniques/tools.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
