Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective;
  • Identify areas of risk and develop recommendations for improvement;
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compliance status to senior management.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree from a reputable institution and 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance or a related field;
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and maintain good working relationships with colleagues;
  • Fluent in spoken Putonghua, Cantonese, and English; and written in Chinese and English.
