As a vital member of the Commercial Banking Department, you will play a key role in fostering and enhancing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Proactively connect with potential and existing clients to cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing ongoing relationships.
- Support Role: Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a range of commercial banking products tailored to client needs.
- Financial Assessment: Analyze clients' financial situations, evaluate the worth of collateral, and assess management capabilities and effectiveness.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines established by the Bank and regulatory bodies.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the banking or finance sector, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and commercial lending practices.
- Preferred qualifications include HKSI (Papers 1, 7, 8 or equivalent) and IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3 or equivalent).
- A mature, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A robust marketing acumen complemented by valuable business connections.
- Self-driven, independent, and capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
