We are looking for a goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the continued growth of our Sales team. This individual will demonstrate potential to build a successful career in Sales and progress into a key member of the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the key point of contact within the Sales team and support Account Managers across all deliverables.
  • Assist Account Managers with onboarding logistics and contract renewals.
  • Extract Salesforce data to develop dashboards and sales reports.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to support the Sales team in new business development and existing account expansion.
  • Generate leads to help build a strong pipeline of clientele.
  • Support the Consultant Experience team in liaising quarterly/monthly virtual and in-person events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance or related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus.
  • Good knowledge in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show initiative and be a proactive team member with a can-do attitude.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Intern positions, while more experienced candidates will be considered for Account Manager roles.
