Key Account Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Development Specialist to join our team at Kao Corporation.
As a Key Account Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving Consumer Products business targets for assigned accounts. This involves managing the alignment of strategy to assigned accounts by providing high-value added brand solutions.
You will also provide exceptional customer service to key accounts, understanding their needs and applying industry standards of business account management to maximize business opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess a degree, preferably with 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry. They will be an outgoing and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition, they will be self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, and sales-driven, with a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
We are looking for a professional who is willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Key Account Executives.
