We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Portfolio Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a portfolio of SME clients, promoting general banking services, cash management, loans, and other financial products.
- Meet various business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular and effective account assessments to enhance existing relationships through cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage customer due diligence risks, monitor unusual activities, and take necessary actions in compliance with established policies and guidelines to safeguard the Bank's interests.
- Serve as deputy Centre Manager to oversee operations, drive business results, and ensure compliance with CDD risk management.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a solid understanding of SME operations.
- Successful completion of the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of competency requirements for regulated activities as defined under the relevant ordinances.
- Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
