Job Summary

The Educator role at Lululemon is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service in our retail stores. They engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • We interact with guests to ensure a great experience, valuing their time and providing customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
  • Assessing guest needs, we provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
  • We facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences through accurate and timely transactions.
  • Dynamically providing coverage on the floor, we continuously engage with guests and receive feedback.
  • We inform guests of local community programs and execute community projects and initiatives.

Working with Others

  • We contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, welcoming and celebrating differences.
  • Establishing supportive relationships with all team members, we collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.

Operations

  • We perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.
  • Using in-store technology, we support operations and provide positive guest experiences.
  • We maintain the store environment by performing cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Understanding and adhering to safety policies, we maintain a safe work environment.
  • We perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

Benefits

Lululemon offers a competitive base salary of $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we provide paid time off, generous employee discounts, fitness/yoga classes, and personal and professional development programs.

Requirements

  • You must be legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the store.
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule is required.
  • You must be willing to move through the store for most of a shift.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and complete some work independently is necessary.
