We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and grow a talented team of architects, program/project managers, and analysts. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business outcomes, ensuring seamless delivery, and fostering strong relationships with global partners.

In this influential role, you'll:

  • Set the team's delivery roadmap and technical goals, working closely with global technology, product management, and business partner teams.
  • Ensure team deliverables meet security, quality, and maturity standards set by enterprise architecture and engineering.
  • Represent Technology and manage relationships with in-region stakeholders, including business, product management partners, and external technology vendors.
  • C coordinate with cross-functional Technology delivery teams to support regional requirements.
  • Represent the team in front of stakeholders in forums like OpsCo and SteerCo.
  • Elevate the team's performance by removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage resource plans and budget for the team.
  • Create processes for seamless operation between in-region and global teams.
  • Develop OKRs and provide mentorship to the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in IT.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading and developing technology delivery teams.
  • Expertise in implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions, data integrations, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of conducting discovery and implementation of complex business workflows.
  • Experience with SaaS, Kafka, REST API, EDI, and 3PL fulfillment centers.
