We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market reach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS, UNDERSTANDING THEIR SUPPLY CHAIN NEEDS AND CHALLENGES.
  • CONDUCT PRESENTATIONS, NEGOTIATIONS, AND CONTRACT DISCUSSIONS WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS.
  • MONITOR SALES PERFORMANCE METRICS AND PROVIDE REGULAR REPORTS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics sector.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS.
  • Candidates with regional/global exposure have an added advantage.
  • Candidates with clients from commerce/retail segment have an added advantage.
  • GOOD COMMAND OF BOTH CHINESE (CANTONESE AND MANDARIN) AND ENGLISH.

Captar Partners offers a competitive salary package including a 13-month guarantee basic salary + commission + year-end bonus.
