Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Abbott.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives in the private sector.
- Utilize professional selling skills, time management, and promotional materials to drive sales growth and meet marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, and work together to achieve business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships within the territory to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate territory and customer records, and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all activities in the territory are executed with professionalism and adhere to Abbott's standards and Code of Conduct.
- Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and Affiliate Safety Representative, respectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science and related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to achieve or exceed job expectations.
- Good English and fluent Cantonese language skills, with fair Mandarin language skills preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
