Talent Acquisition Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced recruitment researcher to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Project Lead, you will be responsible for conducting specific search projects to source high-quality candidates for our clients' hiring mandates.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including cold calling, our in-house system, mapping, networking, and online search tools.
  • Collaborating with senior consultants to update mappings, source lists, and systems, as well as conducting ground searches and bringing in high-quality candidates for meetings or calls.

Requirements:

  • Around 2 years of working experience after graduation.
  • Proficient in speaking Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with good writing skills in Chinese and English.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in recruitment or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic and hard-working individual who can thrive under pressure.
