Personal Assistant Manager

**The Ideal Candidate:**
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant Manager to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Pastry department, including planning, scheduling, and managing appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Pastry Chef's calendar and schedule appointments
- Administer correspondence and manage incoming calls and emails
- Provide administrative support to the Pastry department, including preparing duty rosters and leave applications
- Respond to requests for information and refer matters to appropriate parties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, preferably in a secretarial function
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications
